Jo Malone

Folk were tasked with bringing Jo Malone's new brand Jo Loves to market.

Digital Consultancy.

We devised a launch strategy for the brand that would link the worlds of eCommerce, social content, influencer marketing and eCommerce.

Phase 1:

Digital Consultancy Brand:

Working with the team at Jo Loves we devised the go to market strategy that would connect the worlds of digital with retail for a digital first launch of a fragrance brand.

Phase 2:

Campaign Idea:

Digital Smell Pods

Folk created the smell pod concept to be launched at an event in Selfrdges London with many key influencers in attendance.

The digital Smell Pods created to engage User generated content from everyday people whilst remaining in Selfridges and key Influencers at the launch event. People would enter the pod and be greeted by Jo Malone on the screen who would introduce them to the range of Fragrances inviting them to select one to smell. Upon selection the Pod would disprence a mist infused with the fragrance would and a film would commence with Jo Malone telling the story whilst users would be invited to record their reactuions and give reviews would feed to social channels of Jo Loves.

This was delivered through carefully crafted content that was created for the launch of the eCommerce story and a series of short films about the brand and the fragrances.

eCommerce Design and Build:

Folk crafted a beauitful new flagship store that integrated content and commerce.
