Fund: Used for mountain biking uplift days Fun: This basically involves me and my Downhill bike getting a lift to the top of a mountain before I throw myself down a track at high speed. Once I get to the bottom, I then do it all over again, and again, until I'm worn out (or crash badly enough to stop me). I used this as practice for a race I did back in July called The Megavalanche in Alpe d'Huez.
