This week, we've been making the most of our new office space - Jo ran a yoga lesson in our usual meeting room over lunchtime.
While it's nice to stretch our legs out a little further, and make the (now, slightly longer) walk to get to the coffee machine in the morning - our space can radically change the way we work, too.
It's the very foundation of Feng Shui - the ancient Chinese science of balancing energy within a particular space in order to improve our wellbeing.
Interestingly, other studies suggest that there's a lot to be said for nature and the benefit it has for our wellbeing, and perhaps our work, too.
In a study published in the American Journal of Preventative Medicine, it was found that people experienced more deaths from heart disease and respiratory disease when they lived in areas where trees had disappeared.
It's a shocking concept but, when you think about it, it's only natural right?
We humans are still natural beings - we're not separate from all else that's born, that grows or that eventually passes away - so how could the natural environment in which we operate not effect us?
Which brings us very neatly to the conclusion that our founders, Jo and Paul came to, 10 years ago.
While we may not be situated in the bright lights of London town, our base in Poole offers us plenty of varied spaces in which to revel in nature, including both forests and seaside landscapes.
In place of smoky streets with little greenery and clammy tube trains, we are constantly refreshed by the salty sea air and enjoy activities that take advantage of this. We have energy, we have inspiration.
We do love to be beside the seaside, and no doubt you will, too - join us!
